Ford Recall 2026: 4.3 Million Trucks Affected by Software Bug

Ford has issued a massive safety recall covering approximately 4.38 million vehicles, including the F-150, Super Duty, and Ranger, due to a software defect in the Integrated Trailer Module. The bug can cause trailer lights and brakes to fail at startup, posing a significant risk for towers. Ford plans to deploy an Over-the-Air (OTA) fix starting March 17 to address the issue.
